Order Information

Purchase Orders: The following information must appear on your purchase order: company name, address, phone and fax numbers, contact name, requested ship date, product number and description, ordered quantity, product color, unit cost, layout instructions for art, imprint color, additional charges and shipping instructions.

Damaged Goods: Claims made for goods received in broken boxes must be made with the carrier who made the delivery

Samples: Waterford samples can be returned with a 15% restocking fee, but you must call for a return authorization number. All other brand samples are non-returnable.

Warranty and Repairs: Warranty and repair claims are not the responsibility of Beacon Promotions and must be conducted between the recipient of the goods and the manufacturer.
